- 8 ounce. pkg. brown 'n serve sausage links
- 1 c. pancake mix
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced apple
Инструкции
- Brown sausage according to package directions. In mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, lowfat milk, spices and egg, mix till batter is smooth. Add in apple. Pour into well-greased 10 by 6 by 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Arrange sausages on top. Bake in preheated 450 F oven for 20 min. Serve warm with maple syrup. Serves 5.
