Ingredients: 2 x Red bell peppers, thinly sliced; 2 x Green bell peppers, thinly sliced; 2 med Onions, thinly sliced; 4 lrg Garlic cloves, minced; 2 tsp Dry oregano; 1/4 tsp Dry crushed red pepper; 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil; 2 lb Sweet Italian sausages

Ингредиенты

2 x Red bell peppers, thinly sliced
2 x Green bell peppers, thinly sliced
2 med Onions, thinly sliced
4 lrg Garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp Dry oregano
1/4 tsp Dry crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2 lb Sweet Italian sausages

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first 6 ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Pour oil over and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Brown sausages in heavy large nonstick skillet over high heat, turning often, about 8 min. Arrange on pepper mix.
Bake till sausages are cooked through and peppers are tender, stirring occasionally, about 45 min.
Serves 6.
