Ингредиенты

  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1 pound grnd sausage, browned and liquid removed
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 9x13 inch pan. Place bread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix Large eggs and lowfat milk. Pour over cheese. Don't cover pan during baking. Bake for 45 min. Serve warm.
  2. This may be prepared the day before and baked when ready to serve. Makes it even better!
