  • 2 cans sauerkraut, mild
  • 4 Polish sausages
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 lg. apples, sliced

Инструкции

  1. Boil sausage 20 min. Drain sauerkraut. In casserole dish put sauerkraut, brown sugar, celery seed and apples. Mix thoroughly and add in sausage. Cover and bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Pierce sausages while in casserole. Serves 4.
