Ингредиенты

  • 2 x Large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Anchovy fillets
  • 7 dsh of lemon juice

Инструкции

  1. Chop egg yolks and anchovy fillets separately. Combine them in a mortar and pestle. Blend till smooth. Gradually stir in oil and lemon juice till sauce has a creamy consistency. Serve over grilled or possibly boiled fish.
