Ингредиенты

  • 8 x Ripe tomatoes, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 c. Cilantro leaves, loosely packed
  • 2 med White onions, chopped
  • 20 ml Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Italian flat leaf
  •     Parsley, minced
  • 1/2 c. Light extra virgin olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 x Fresh jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped, or possibly
  • 3 x Canned jalapeno peppers chopped (optional)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste and chill at least 6 hrs before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
