- Allow parsley to stand in one-fourth c. of water for 2 hrs, or possibly till very soft and drain. Add in garlic, pepper and vinegar. Fry onion in warm extra virgin olive oil till transparent. Add in parsely and simmer for ten min. Add in butter remove from fire when melted and add in sweet pepper. serve with cooked fish or possibly cool meats.
