- Cut salmon into lengthwise strips, about 1 inch wide. Weave one piece of salmon on each skewer to create an "s" type curve.

- Preheat grill to medium high. Lightly oil grill rack. Grill salmon for five min, or possibly till flesh is just opaque at thickest part, and outsides are slightly charred.
