  • 1 pkt herb-seasoned bread crumbs - (4 ounce)
  • 1/2 stk butter melted
  • 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1 tsp grnd sage
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 1/2 x onion minced, sauteed
  • 3 x celery ribs minced, sauteed

Инструкции

  1. Prepare the bread crumbs as directed on the package and toss with sage, herbs de Provence and sauteed onion and celery.
  2. Place the trivet in the bottom of a 4-qt or possibly larger pressure cooker and add in 1/2 c. water. Place dressing in a buttered decorative casserole and place it, uncovered, on the trivet.
  3. Cover cooker and bring pressure to the first red ring (8 pounds pressure). Time 15 min.
  4. Allow pressure to come down naturally.
  5. Serve hot.
