Ингредиенты

1 pound round steak 2 tbsp. oil Salt and pepper 1 can mushrooms

1 tbsp. Worcestershire 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese

Инструкции

1. Cut steak into 6 pcs. Brown in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add in mushrooms, Worcestershire and water. Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender. Remove meat to heated platter. Add in lowfat sour cream and blue cheese to cooking liquid and blend well. Cook just till heated through.
