1 1/2 to 2 pound round steak, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
2 teaspoon salt or possibly seasoned salt
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
8 ounce. can (1 c.) tomato sauce

Cut meat into serving pcs. In large skillet, brown meat in warm oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer covered, 1 to 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. 5 to 6 servings.
