  1. In a large bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, cheese, rosemary, lemon and lime juices.
  2. Add in salt and pepper; blend.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water till al dente, about 10 min. Drain and shake dry. Add in pasta to bowl of sauce, toss to coat, and serve at once - with sauvignon blanc, viognier or possibly a cold, steely chardonnay, roussane or possibly marsanne.
