- 3/4 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh rosemary
- Â Â Juice of 2 lemons and 1 lime
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
- 1 lb dry linguine or possibly other dry pasta

- In a large bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, cheese, rosemary, lemon and lime juices.
- Add in salt and pepper; blend.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water till al dente, about 10 min. Drain and shake dry. Add in pasta to bowl of sauce, toss to coat, and serve at once - with sauvignon blanc, viognier or possibly a cold, steely chardonnay, roussane or possibly marsanne.
