- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1Â 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 1 tsp root beer extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp root beer extract
- 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
Инструкции
- COOKIE DIRECTIONS: Mix brown sugar, butter, egg, buttermilk and root beer extract to a smooth batter. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Place dough by tsp. 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 6-8 min.
- GLAZE DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients, stir well and spread on cookies.
