- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Oreo's mint cookies, ground
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate bar, grated
Инструкции
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & Oreo mint cookies together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Pour marshmallows over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes..
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Mix cream cheese, flour, butter, egg, vanilla extract, almonds and chocolate chips. Beat until smooth.
- Spread over marshmallows.
- Topping: Mix cool whip, peppermint extract and chocolate bar, until smooth. Spread over filling layer.
- Decorate.
