Delicious seasonal vegetables roasted with herbs! A great side dish.
Ингредиенты
- 2 Medium Zucchini
- 2 Banana or yellow squash
- one tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- one teaspoon thyme
- one teaspoon parsley
- one teaspoon oregano
- Drizzle with Olive oil
Инструкции
- Rinse vegetables well, pat dry, cut on the bias in 2-3" pieces, add into a large bowl with all seasonings and transfer to a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, drizzle with Olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and Bake @ 425 F for 25 minutes
- Goes great with any main dish entrée.
