Roast goose

It is very tasty and delicious! But we can also well prepared with white cabbage!

  1. Washing with goose with salt (and inside), and let aged for (at least 5-6 hours or overnight). Then wash it with salt water, pour dry with milk, sprinkle abundantly roast cumin seeds and cover with two sprigs of rosemary for at least three hours. In time it rubbed in their own juice when baked in the oven. Uncover pour off half of the gravy and cook for at least half an hour to "crispy." I served it with braised red cabbage for homemade dumplings! Also, we can also serve mashed potatoes or pasta!
