- Washing with goose with salt (and inside), and let aged for (at least 5-6 hours or overnight). Then wash it with salt water, pour dry with milk, sprinkle abundantly roast cumin seeds and cover with two sprigs of rosemary for at least three hours. I served it with braised red cabbage for homemade dumplings! Also, we can also serve mashed potatoes or pasta!
