  • 1 c. Rice
  • 3 x Chicken livers, cut up
  • 1/3 c. Dry wild mushrooms
  •     (soaked one hour)
  • 1/3 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 can Condensed chicken broth
  •     (10 1/2 ounces each)
  •     Parmesan cheese

  1. In saucepan, brown rice and cook livers, mushrooms, and onion in butter till tender. Add in broth. Cover; bring to a boil. Cook over low heat 20 min or possibly till all liquid is absorbed. Serve with cheese.
