•     This is a variation on my grandmother's recipe, and is always a hit at

• 6 med sweet potatoes
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp orange extract
• 1/2 c. half and half
• 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 c. raisins
• 1/4 c. coconut
