- Place chickpeas in food processor and chop finely (till almost mashed).
- Add in red peppers and garlic. Process on/off till combined but not completely pureed.
- Add in feta cheese, warm pepper sauce and pepper and process on/off till proportionately distributed. Taste and season with salt.
