Ингредиенты

  • 1 x salmon fresh or possibly frzn, (5-12 lbs.)
  • 1 x fresh lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 x onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slc bacon, (4 to 6)
  •     salt and pepper, to taste

Инструкции

  1. Rinse salmon in cold water. Sprinkle salt and pepper in cavity. Layer sliced lemons, onions and bacon in cavity. Using butcher's string, tie around salmon to hold cavity closed. Pour table salt over the entire outside of the fish. Bake (uncovered) on rack in baking pan at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, depending on the size of the fish.
