- 2Â 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 x egg beaten
- 1 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. fresh raspberries
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together in medium size bowl. In a small bowl blend egg, lowfat milk, and butter. Add in to the dry ingredients and mix just till lumpy.
- Add in raspberries, stirring gently. Don't over mix. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 min.
- This recipe yields 12 muffins.
