- 84 gm granulated sugar
- 84 gm margarine
- 1 x egg
- 23 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 6 tsp raspberry jam

- Method1 Sieve flour and salt into a bowl stir in sugar 2 Rub in fat till mLxture resembles fine breadcrumbs 3 Beat egg and lowfat milk together add in to the mix and mix to a stiff dough 4 Place in small rounds on a greased baking tray 5 Make a hollow in the centre of each bun and place l/2 tsp. of jam in each 6 Bake in preheated oven
