Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce spiral noodles (or possibly any kind of noodle you have)
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut cut into chunks
  • 1 pkt dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 Tbsp. oil (or possibly use Pam spray)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers (7 ounce) liquid removed
  •     rinsed and sliced
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream (fat free or possibly low fat works fine)
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  •     parmesan cheese

Инструкции

  1. Put chicken and 2 tblsp dressing fold in a ziplock and shake to coat. Saute/fry in oil w/garlic and onion Add in peppers for last 1-2 min to heat through.
  2. Mix remaining dressing mix with lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk. Stir into warm cooked pasta, add in chicken and toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. RANCH CHICKEN WITH PASTA 8 Ounce spiral noodles (or possibly any kind of noodle you have)
