  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. Molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  1. Mix together the ingredients then pour the mix into an unbaked pie shell and bake it at 400 oF for 10 min. Reduce the heat to 350 oF and bake it 30 min longer.
  2. Variations: Walnuts may be substituted for raisins.
