  1. Dissolve yeast in half c. water. Add in Tbsp. of sugar. Set aside and allow to become foamy(Proof the yeast).
  2. Heat 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk with butter til butter melts. Add in sugar and salt. Cold and combine with yeast mix. Add in 4 c. of flour, lowfat sour cream and Large eggs.
  3. Mix well. Add in approximately 4 more c. of flour til you have fairly stiff batter. Knead till smooth and elastic, adding more flour if necessary.
  4. Put in 2 greased bowls. Grease(oil) top of dough. Cover. Chill over night.
  5. Use for coffee cakes, hamantaschen, etc. Best made with butter.
