  •     Cob
  • 14 ounce Canned artichoke hearts --
  •     Liquid removed and halved
  • 12 ounce Bottled baby whole carrots
  •     Liquid removed
  • 9 ounce Bottled whole mushrooms --
  •     Liquid removed
  • 1 1/3 c. Apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Green bell pepper finely minced
  • 1 c. Purple onion finely minced
  • 4 ounce Pimiento,liquid removed,diced
  •     Lettuce leaves
  •     Wooden picks

Инструкции

  1. Place corn, artichoke hearts, carrots and mushrooms into seperate zip-top bags or possibly shallow glass dishes.
  2. Combine vinegar and next seven ingredients, stirring till sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour proportionately over vegetables. Seal or possibly cover and chill for 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
  4. Drain vegetables and arrange on a lettuce-lined serving plate. Serve with wooden picks.
