- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, (1/2 stick)
- 8 ounce Hershey's semi-sweet baking chocolate
- Â Â Broken into pcs
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Minced nuts, (optional)

- Heat oven to 350 deg F. Grease 9 inch square baking pan. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix boils; remove from heat. Add in chocolate, stirring till melted; beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and nuts, if you like, till well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan.
