- 2 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Pumpkin
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 10 ounce White chocolate, minced
- 1 c. Pecans, minced

- Preheat oven to 300 Beat butter with sugar, add in Large eggs, pumpkin and vanilla.
- Add in dry ingredients till mixed .Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets and bake for 20 min. Cold completely.
