- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 2 c. Cooked pumpkin
- 12 ounce Can of Milnot
- 1 x Yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 2 stk of melted margarine
Инструкции
- Mix first 8 ingredients together. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix proportionately over pumpkin mix. Sprinkle minced pecans over the cake mix, then pour melted margarine proportionately over the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or possibly more). Watch time as ovens vary somewhat. Serve with Cold Whip on top.
