1 tsp Baking soda
2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
2 c. Sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 c. Vegetable oil
4 c. Flour
4 tsp Baking pwdr

2 tsp Vanilla
1 sm Bag chocolate chips

Preparation : Mix ingredients well. Bake 10 to 12 min in 350 degree oven. Cookies will be soft and cake-like, perfect for a Halloween party.
They will be a big hit with kids and grown-ups as well.
