- 1 x Egg Pie layer...............
- 1Â 1/2 c. Canned pumpkin
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 x Pumpkin pie spice Prepare pie shell but don't bake.
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar replacement
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar replacement

- For cheese layer, combine cream cheese, sugar replacement, vanilla and 1 egg in mixing bowl. Stir to mix well, spread in bottom of unbaked pie shell. For pie layer, combine pumpkin, lowfat milk, 2 Large eggs sugar replacement and spices in a mixing bowl, beating to blend thoroughly. Carefully pour over cheese layer.
- Bake at 350 degree for 65 to 70 minutes or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
