- 1 x Onion, diced
- 1 x Red pepper, diced
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- 2 piece celery, diced
- Â Â Shrimp shells from rice dish
- Â Â Lobster shells from rice dish
- 1/2 c. White wine
- 1/2 c. Tomato sauce
- 2 quart Water
- 1 x Onion, diced
- 1 x Red pepper, diced
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- 2 x Roasted peppers, diced
- 2 c. Rice
- 8 c. Seafood stock
- 1/2 lb Crab meat
- 1 pch Saffron
- 1 lb Lobster, steamed, meat removed and shells reserved
- 1/2 lb Shrimp, shelled and deveined, shells reserved
- 1/2 c. Sweet peas
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onions, pepper, and celery. Add in shells and cook for 5 min. Add in white wine and tomato sauce. Add in water and simmer for 45 min. Strain and reserve stock.
- For Rice:Saute/fry onions, peppers, and add in roasted peppers. Add in rice and saute/fry till translucent/soft
- Add in seafood stock, crabmeat, and saffron cook for about 15 min at low heat. Add in lobster, shrimp, and sweet peas. Heat 3 min before serving
- Yield: 4 servings
