Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb Grnd Beef, 90% Lean
  • 1 c. Onion, Minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Roasted Green Chiles, Minced
  • 16 ounce Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 lb Pinto Beans, Cooked

Инструкции

  1. Cook beef in large skillet till brown and crumbly; drain excess fat. Add in onions and garlic and cook till onion is wilted. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, till chili is thick, about an hour. Serve with tortillas or possibly crusty bread.
