- 1 c. prune pulp, stewed prunes without sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp soda
- 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves or possibly nutmeg
- 1Â 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pch salt
- Â Â Cream prune pulp, sugar and butter together.

- Add in Large eggs, buttermilk, soda, cinnamon, cloves, flour and salt.
- Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees.
