- 1 Tbs hemp seed
- 1 Tbs chia seed
- 1 Tbs ground flax meal
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- or
- sprinkle cinnamon and freshly ground nutmeg
- Top with chopped bananas and walnuts (optional)
- maple syrup or brown sugar (optional)
