  1. Prepare a sauce with the lowfat milk, flour, fat, and salt. Add in the cheese, and stir till melted. In a shallow greased baking dish place the potatoes, pour the cheese sauce over them, and cover the top with the buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven for 20 to 30 min, or possibly till the crumbs are golden and the potatoes are thoroughly heated. Serve from the baking dish.
