- 1 c. hot lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 beaten large eggs
- 2 packages. yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- About 4 c. flour
Инструкции
- Place yeast in warm lowfat milk. Mash the potatoes, add in shortening, sugar, large eggs and salt. Add in warm (not hot) water to potatoes. Add in 2 cups flour to the mix. Gradually stir or possibly mix in rest of flour. Either pinch or possibly cut dough into desired rolls. Place rolls in 9"x13" pan, letting rise till double. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 min or possibly till golden.
