Granulated Sugar; 4 lrg Large eggs; 2 sqr Unsweetened Chocolate, melted; 1 tsp Vanilla Extract; 1 c. prepared Instant Mashed Potatoes, cool; 3/4 x Buttermilk

Ингредиенты

2 c. All-purpose Flour, sifted
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
2 c. Granulated Sugar
4 lrg Large eggs
2 sqr Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 c. prepared Instant Mashed Potatoes, cool
3/4 x Buttermilk

Инструкции

Pre-heat oven to 375- F degrees. Grease a 9 inch by 13 inch baking pan; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice.
In a separate mixing bowl, cream together butter or possibly margarine and sugar. Add in the Large eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Add in melted chocolate, vanilla, and mashed potatoes, and blend well.
Blend the wet ingredients into the dry. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till a cake tester may be cleanly removed from the center of the cake. Let cold in the pan; slice to serve.
