Ингредиенты
- Potato Bread:
- 2 c. Potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
- 1 c. Warm Water
- 1/2 c. Milk
- 1 Pkg. Yeast
- 2 T. Sugar
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 3.5-4.5 c. FlourOptional egg wash
- 1. Combine the water and yeast, let sit for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Then combine the water/yeast mixture, mashed potatoes, sugar and milk in a mixer. (Or by hand)
- 3. Add flour one cup at a time mixing in between, until the dough turns into a ball. (And no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl.)
