Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce. German sweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. cream
  • 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Whipped cream

Инструкции

  1. Mix chocolate, sugar, and cream in saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly till chocolate melts and mix becomes smooth and blended. Remove from heat.
  2. Slowly pour in egg yolks, stirring constantly. Blend in vanilla. Pour into small individual dessert dishes. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream.
