Pork With Maple Vinegar Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound boneless pork loin chops, cut thin
  • Fresh grnd pepper
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped shallots or possibly green onions
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Flatten pork. Season with pepper. Heat butter over medium-high heat. Saute/fry pork till brown. Transfer to plate. Add in shallots to same skillet. Cook 1 minute.
  2. Mix mustard and broth and simmer 5 min. Stir in maple syrup and vinegar. Simmer till liquids are reduced, about 5 min. Return pork; simmer till tender.
