Pork Cutlet With Apple And Sage Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 4 x pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x apples, Granny Smith
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg, grnd
  •     salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp sage, minced

Инструкции

  1. Peel and core apples, and chop into small chunks.
  2. Heat butter in a small pan, add in apple and sage leaves, and cook very gently, covered, till apples are soft, stirring from time to time. Using a whisk, stir in lemon juice, nutmeg and salt, breaking up the apples into a mush.
  3. Heat oil and gently fry crumbed pork chops till golden brown on both sides. Serve with sage and apple sauce and a couple of extra sage leaves.
