- 4 double thick pork chops
- 2 T drippings or possibly fat
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 c. minced mushrooms
- 1 c. bread cubes or possibly coarse crumbs
- 1 T minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. water
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut pocket in chops. Saute onion in drippings. Add in mushrooms, cook about 2 min. Add in other ingredients. Add in sufficient lowfat sour cream to moisten mix. Stuff chops, close with toothpicks. Arrange chops in baking dish. Cover for 30 min. Remove cover and bake for another 30 min.
