- 6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
- 3/4 c. long grain rice
- 1 quart. tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheddar
- 6 green pepper rings
- 6 mushroom crowns
- 6 slices onion
Инструкции
- Place rice in 9"x13" baking dish or possibly pan. Sprinkle seasonings and minced green pepper over. Add in tomatoes. Arrange pork chops on top, salt lightly, place onion slice on each chop. Cover tightly with foil, bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese over all, place pepper ring and mushroom crown on each chop. Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 min longer.
