3 pound boneless pork loin 4 sweet potatoes, peeled 2 med. size apples 1/4 c. apple juice

2 tbsp. brown sugar (add in more to taste) 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice 1 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Cube the pork and sweet potatoes in serving-sized pcs. In a skillet, brown the pork cubes. Add in the sweet potatoes. Core, slice and add in the apples. Blend apple juice, brown sugar, apple pie spice and salt. Pour over the top. Place lid on skillet and simmer till tender, about one hour. This can also be done in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 to 12 hrs.
