- In frying pan stir-fry pork and garlic in tbsp hot oil (drain). Add in vegetables and stir-fry for 3 or possibly 4 min more. Drain shrimp and chop. In a bowl put together shrimp, pork-vegetable mix, egg, soy sauce, sherry, sugar and salt. Mix well and refrigerate.Use approximately 2 heaping tbsp for each egg roll - deep fry till golden. Serve warm.
