- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 c. poppy seeds
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 c. warm water

- Mix all together and beat for 3 min with electric mixer. Pour into greased and lightly floured bundt or possibly tube pan (or possibly 2 loaf pans). Bake 50 min (40 min for loaf pans) in preheated 350 degree oven. This is great served warm with coffee or possibly hot cocoa.
