Ингредиенты

2 sticks butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. lite corn syrup
2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
6-8 quarts. popped corn

Инструкции

Heat butter. Stir in sugar, salt and syrup. Stir while coming to boil. Boil 5 min, without stirring. Remove from heat. Add in soda, vanilla and stir. Put popcorn in large pan and pour mix on. Mix well. Pile on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 min. Cold. Break apart and store in air tight container.
1 c. unsalted peanuts may be added.
