  • 1 c. Uncle Ben's long Grain, Rice, cooked
  • 2 can Red chili beans in chili, gravy, 1lb ea
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  •     Garlic salt to taste

  1. Cook sufficient rice to yield 1 c cooked. In saucepan heat beans without letting it boil and stir in chili pwdr, cumin and garlic salt. When piping warm, spoon chili mix into 6 small dishes, adding a few tb of warm, cooked rice to each serving. Season with Chili Seasoning Mix, if you like. 270 cal, 5.9 gr fat, 60% fat.
